Ericsson-LG Enterprise Global Partner Conference 2023

GoldStar Telecom were delighted to attend this years event set in the beautiful location of Phuket Thailand. We joined partners from over 20 countries to discuss our own markets, the rapidly evolving industry we operate in and the upcoming road map for Ericsson LG.

Along side John McGrath from Alcom Voice & Data , we joined the General Conference where Patrick Johansson welcomed everyone to yet another GPC, highlighted the strong year that the company had had, seeing growth in Cloud and surprisingly in On premise PBX sales across different territories.
Ahed Alkhatib Global Head of Sales was next up to champion the work of the distributor partners, and to push home that we are out performing the competition in many countries.

Sales and Product Team leads covered their trends for the previous year and Hyoungmin Lee guided us through the upcoming product roadmap.

Liam Tracey MD of GoldStar Telecom joined a panel discussion with other partners, where we shared our experiences of our markets and pushed home the key things that would make a difference in our respective markets.

We heard from Richard and Lewis from GetCrisp and Co-Soft about their ability to use and integrate AI into business cases we could all see opportunities for, whiel Daryl Pile of Gamma outlined why there were so excited and happy to be a new Ericsson LG partner in the UK following their recent purchase of the Enable X group.  Already feeling the family vibe from the gathered partners and Ericsson LG Team.

The theme for this years  Gala Awards Dinner was “Bling” and each partner country made an effort to adhere to the theme. Delighted to see Alcom Voice & data pickup their well deserved partner of the year for Ireland, and we also took home the Best Dressed Award, think Eurovision voting and you have an idea how we won !

Congrats to all the winners an in particular to Inus and Justin from Aria Technologies Africa on their Distributor of the Year Award, sitting at the table with them when they were announced you could only be delighted for how much it meant to them.
